JR Beltman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting as a Research Assistant at CSIR in 1997, they went on to work as an IT Manager at the Society of British Aerospace Companies and later at Chartered Quality Institute. In 2006, they joined EYE on IT as a Crystal reports and PhP Consultant. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a SAP BI Consultant at Ensior B.V., designing and delivering analytical reporting and data transformation solutions. JR then joined Soltius NZ Ltd as an EIM Architect, where they designed and delivered various data-related solutions. In 2017, they became a Senior Consultant at seismic gmbh. Most recently, they have been working at Camelot ITLab as an Architect and CoE lead for Data Innovations.

JR Beltman earned a B Eng degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, attending from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, Beltman obtained an MSc degree in Business Systems Analysis and Design (Computer Science) from City, University of London, with a duration of one year from 2004 to 2005. Beltman has also acquired multiple certifications, including PRINCE2 from APMG International in 2012, and various online certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn and Lynda.com in topics ranging from project management to programming.
