Sven Dr. Borchert

Sven Dr. Borchert is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in optimizing complex production processes. Currently serving as Principal at CAMELOT Management Consultants since October 2021, Sven has previously held key positions including Senior External Advisor at Digital & Lean Consulting and Manager at Lumics GmbH & Co. KG, a joint venture focused on operational implementation. Additional experience includes roles as Head of Business Unit at BERODE GmbH, Head of Lean & Change Management at MAN, and several executive leadership positions at Inflow Management GmbH and Business Network Solutions. Sven holds a Ph.D. in Company Leadership from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, an Executive Course in the Internet of Things from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
