Daniela Fernandez-Ulen is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies. Currently serving as Communications Program Manager at CAMEO since June 2018, Daniela has produced various marketing materials and led comprehensive campaigns across digital platforms. Previously, at Tencent, as Brand Strategist & Vendor Relations Coordinator, Daniela developed branding strategies and managed public relations campaigns for mobile games in North America and Europe. Daniela also worked at Reality Squared Games as Product Marketing Specialist & Copywriter, where marketing strategies were tailored for both browser and mobile games. Daniela holds a Master of Arts in Marketing Communications from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Universidad de las Américas Puebla.

As California's statewide micro enterprise development network, CAMEO is the voice for micro business and creates a thriving ecosystem of resources for all entrepreneurs. CAMEO is made up of over 395 organizations, agencies, and individuals dedicated to furthering micro-business development in California and nationwide with small and micro-business financing such as loans and credit, technical assistance and business management training. We build capacity and expand resources for our members. We also educate the public on the economic impacts of micro-business through public awareness and advocacy at the local, state and federal level to support the growth of micro-business, start-ups, and entrepreneurs.
