Emily Gasner is the VP of Strategic Initiatives and CDFI Incubator Director at CAMEO. Emily previously worked as a Consultant at Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center and held various roles at Working Solutions CDFI, including CEO, Co-Founder, and Program Director. Emily also served as a Program Coordinator/Intern at Friends of the Commission on the Status of Women. Emily holds a Master's Degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Spanish and Women's Studies from Georgetown University.

As California's statewide micro enterprise development network, CAMEO is the voice for micro business and creates a thriving ecosystem of resources for all entrepreneurs. CAMEO is made up of over 395 organizations, agencies, and individuals dedicated to furthering micro-business development in California and nationwide with small and micro-business financing such as loans and credit, technical assistance and business management training. We build capacity and expand resources for our members. We also educate the public on the economic impacts of micro-business through public awareness and advocacy at the local, state and federal level to support the growth of micro-business, start-ups, and entrepreneurs.
