Camera dei deputati
Davide De Lungo is a prominent legal expert and educator with extensive experience in public law and healthcare law. Currently serving as a parliamentary advisor at the Camera dei Deputati since December 2021, Davide also holds multiple academic positions, including professor of Public Law and Healthcare Law at Università Telematica San Raffaele Roma since March 2018. In addition, Davide is the director of the Centro Studi dell'Organismo Congressuale Forense and a member of the scientific committee at Centro Studi Borgogna, contributing significantly to public law research. As a founding partner of the Associazione Alumni Seminario Studi e Ricerche Parlamentari Silvano Tosi, Davide has fostered connections within the legal and parliamentary communities. Formerly, Davide worked as a scientific responsible for "Osservatorio costituzionale" at Il Sole 24 Ore and served as legal advisor to a parliamentary group at the Camera dei Deputati. Academically, Davide holds a Master's degree in Law from Luiss Guido Carli University and a PhD in Public Law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, complemented by ongoing research at Centro Studi e Ricerche Parlamentari Silvano Tosi.
