Keandre Smiling

Keandre Smiling is an experienced Human Resources Specialist currently serving in the Army National Guard since July 2019, focusing on candidate support and processing new hire documentation. In addition, Keandre has been a Human Resources Assistant at Cameron Ashley Building Products since 2022, where skills in relationship building and data analysis led to significant improvements in candidate satisfaction and sourcing efficiency. Previously, experience as a Sales Representative at Finish Line involved managing high customer volumes, supporting colleagues, and consistently exceeding sales goals. Keandre holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Coastal Carolina University, obtained in July 2022.
