Frank James

Frank James has over 30 years of experience in technology and IT management, currently serving as the Technology Services Manager for the City of St Joseph, MO, since June 2024. Prior to this role, Frank held positions as a System Network Administrator at Cameron Mutual Insurance Company since July 2017, and as a Full Stack Software Engineer at ALTEC INDUSTRIES INC from July 2015 to July 2017. Frank began a long career in IT at JSoft Computer Sales & Service, where responsibilities included Enterprise IT Solutions and Network Engineering from March 1998 to July 2015. Earlier experience includes IT Manager at Corral West Ranchwear from June 1995 to May 1998, overseeing extensive server and point-of-sale systems across numerous locations, and serving as an Electronic Technician on Minuteman Missile Systems in the United States Air Force from July 1977 to June 1992, focusing on equipment repair, quality assurance, and training.
