Gene Eggman

Gene Eggman is currently the President of ACE Performance Group, a company founded in 2016 that focuses on providing strategic Human Resource solutions to enhance company performance. Gene also serves as the Associate Partner - VP Talent Development Services at Cameron Smith & Associates, Inc. Since 2018, which was founded in 1994 as the first recruiting firm for the Walmart vendor community. With a background in various HR roles at companies such as Pace Industries, LLC, Tyson Foods, and Harvest Foods, Gene has extensive experience in organizational development, HR management, and talent recruitment within the Consumer Goods industry. Gene holds a BBA in General Business from the University of Central Arkansas.
