Since 2000, Jim has served as an Executive Recruiter and Partner at Cameron Smith & Associates, Inc., focusing on building relationships with Consumer Product companies to connect them with talent that drives sales growth, particularly with major retailers like Walmart and Target. Previously, from 1986 to 2000, Jim was a Sales Consultant at Curtis 1000, specializing in outside sales to Banking, Retail, and B2B sectors. Jim's career began with a management program at American Stores in 1985. Educationally, Jim holds a BA in Marketing with a minor in Finance from Southern Arkansas University and an Associate's degree from Southwestern Community College. Jim graduated from St. Laurence High School.
