Tom Colella

Tom Colella is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive recruiting. Currently serving as Principal at REVA Partners LLC and Talent Acquisition Practice Lead at Talent Growth Advisors since 2018 and 2019 respectively, Tom specializes in aligning talent management with business objectives. As a Senior Partner at Cameron Smith & Associates, Inc., Tom focuses on retained searches for global clients in the retail and consumer packaged goods sectors. Prior roles include Vice President of International and Corporate Recruiting at Walmart, and Senior Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International, where Tom consulted in the Aerospace and Defense industry. A Colonel in the US Marine Corps Reserves, Tom also held the position of Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy, overseeing manpower policies. Tom holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BS in Physical Science from the United States Naval Academy.
