Diana Ratcliffe

Diana Ratcliffe is the VP Finance at Cameron Stephens Mortgage Capital. Diana has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Diana began their career at the Bank of Montreal as a Manager, Alliance Management. In this role, they were responsible for managing relationships with 3 third-party programs - mortgage acquisition program, mortgage declination program and consumer loan joint venture. Diana then moved on to Corpfinance International Ltd. where they served as the Controller from June 2007 to June 2010. In their current role at Cameron Stephens Mortgage Capital, they are responsible for all financial aspects of the company.

Diana Ratcliffe has a background in investments and securities, having completed the Chief Compliance Officers Qualifying Examination and the Canadian Securities Course through the Canadian Securities Institute. Diana is also a Certified General Accountant (CGA) with a focus in accounting and finance, and has a certification in cybersecurity awareness training from ESET North America. Diana Ratcliffe also has a degree in resources engineering from Seneca College.
