Joel Apostolon

Joel joined Cameron Stephens as a Business Development Manager in 2018, after five years in Commercial Real Estate sales/leasing at Colliers International. He is now responsible for originating and underwriting new loans. Coming from the brokerage side of the business, Joel provides a unique understanding of real estate advisory and transaction services as well as a strong knowledge of the market. Joel specializes in working with Residential and Commercial Property Owners/Developers to find flexible and competitive solutions for all of their financing requirements. Joel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University.
