Elizabeth Falcon, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance and Operations at Camfed USA Foundation, an international non-profit organization focused on empowering marginalized girls through education. With extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, Elizabeth held the position of Audit Supervisor at RSM US LLP, where expertise in national and international nonprofit organizations was developed. Prior roles include Senior Auditor at the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) and Audit Senior specializing in nonprofit audits at RSM US LLP. Elizabeth began their career as a Coordinator for the City of Palo Alto. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College.

Through a gold-standard system of accountability to the young people and communities we serve, we have created a model that radically improves girls’ prospects of becoming independent, influential women. Our impact increases exponentially through the Association of young women educated with CAMFED’s support. Together, we multiply the number of girls in school, and accelerate their transition to secure livelihoods and leadership.
