Stephanie Schales

Stephanie Schales is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in project management and production efficiency within the engineering field. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Camfil since May 2014, Stephanie has effectively managed projects under tight deadlines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. Previous roles include Production Engineer, where efficiency was enhanced through careful analysis of workflow and equipment layout, and Engineering Intern, focused on assisting in the design and assembly of dust collectors. Additionally, Stephanie gained research experience at Arkansas State University's MicroNano Technology Lab while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, completed in 2015.
