Carl Larochelle has a diverse and extensive work experience. Carl began their career as a Site Engineer at Agra Construction in Wuhan, China in 1995. Carl then moved on to Philipp Holzmann as a Site Project Manager in Sichuan, China from 1996 to 1998. Carl joined General Electric in 1998 as a Technical Director until 2001. From 2003 to 2005, they worked at GE Energy Management as a Global Sourcing Finance Leader. Carl then transitioned to GE Energy as a Global Cost Estimating Manager from 2005 to 2007. Since 2007, Carl has been working at Camfil Power Systems, where they held various roles including General Manager and currently serves as the VP Americas and VP Product & Innovation. Throughout their career, Carl has demonstrated a strong focus on leadership and innovation in the power generation industry.

Carl Larochelle earned their MBA in Business, Finance, and Corporate Accounting from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School in 2003. Prior to that, they studied Chinese Mandarin at Xiamen University from 1994 to 1995. Carl completed their undergraduate degree in Engineering, specializing in Civil Engineering, at McGill University from 1989 to 1994.
