Doug Gosney

VP, Operations at Camgian Microsystems

Doug Gosney is the Vice President of Operations. Doug recently retired from the Air Force after serving for more than 23 years. His experiences include serving as Commander, 2d Operations Group, Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana and Commander, 69thBomb Squadron, Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. Doug is a Command Pilot with over 3,300 hours in primarily the B-52H and T-38A/C aircraft- qualified as an Instructor and Evaluator in both.

He has deployed and/or supported numerous operations in defense of the United States. Doug’s most recent assignment was serving as the Wing Commander, 14th Flying Training Wing Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi.

Gosney was a Defense Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and completed the Executive Development Programs at the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) Leadership Development Program. He also earned master’s degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Air University, and a bachelor’s degree from Utah State University.
