Christine Dorrion

Christine Dorrion is an experienced executive in revenue operations and sales enablement, currently serving as VP & Head of GTM Revenue Operations at Observe, Inc. since September 2022. Previously, Christine held the position of VP Global Revenue Operations & Enablement at Degreed and was responsible for various operational aspects across multiple departments. Prior roles include Head of Global Sales Operations at Medallia, where oversight of processes and tools aimed at increasing sales productivity was a central focus. At SAP, Christine led global operations for sales readiness and product marketing, managing a team of 37. During a nine-year tenure at CallidusCloud, Christine progressed through several leadership roles, significantly contributing to sales and partner organizational effectiveness. Christine began the career at Provident Credit Union and Robert Half International, ultimately earning a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from San Francisco State University.
