Mark Rooks Esq.

Mark Rooks, Esq. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in claims supervision and risk control within the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Claims Specialist at CAMICO Mutual Insurance Company since January 2012, Mark oversees claims and litigation involving accountants. Previously, Mark held various roles at CNA Insurance, including Risk Control Consulting Director and Claim Consulting Director, where responsibilities involved providing risk control guidance and managing high-exposure claims. Earlier positions included Claim Consultant at Crum & Forster and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, focusing on claims for accountants and various liability coverages. Mark's career began in the US Navy, where as an attorney in the JAG Corps, significant defense was provided for over 1000 military personnel in courts martial and administrative boards, culminating in retirement at the rank of Commander. Mark holds a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
