As your independent third-party provider, we determine and certify quantity and quality for custody transfers of bulk liquid, gaseous, and dry cargoes. The qualities of our field staff are mirrored and complemented by our operations team in the office who, together with our specialized reporting staff, bridge the gap between our clients and the events taking place in the field.

 

Our inspection and laboratory services are consistent with the latest American Petroleum Institute (API) and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) guidelines, government regulations, and industry protocols.
