Kajal Nair

Kajal Nair's work experience begins in 2016 when they worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Colorado State University. In this role, they taught geology laboratory classes, assisted in leading field camps, and helped set up online lessons for summer courses.

In 2017, Kajal worked as a Geology Intern at Caerus Oil and Gas LLC for a few months.

They then joined the Denver Museum of Nature & Science in 2018 as an Earth Sciences Research Associate, where they worked until the end of 2019.

Also in 2018, Kajal started working at Camino Natural Resources, where they held several roles. They began as a Geology Intern and later became an Associate Geologist. From 2020 until 2022, they worked as an Operations Geologist, and by December 2022, they were promoted to Sr. Operations Geologist.

Kajal Nair earned a M.Sc. degree in Geoscience from Colorado State University, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including "Advanced sequence stratigraphic principles: applications for exploration" from the Society of Sedimentary Geology (SEPM) in May 2018, "Applied Petroleum Geochemistry" from the Petroleum Technology Transfer Council (PTTC) Mid-continent Region in April 2018, and "DENVER PETROLEUM CLUB MENTORSHIP PROGRAM" from the Denver Petroleum Club in January 2019. Kajal also has a certification in "3D Geological Modeling using RMS, a Roxar Software," but the institution and the exact month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
