Terrell Grayson

Terrell Grayson has a strong background in drilling engineering. Terrell is currently employed as a Drilling Engineer at Camino Natural Resources, starting in 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at BP from 2019 to 2022, also as a Drilling Engineer. Before BP, Terrell worked at Devon Energy from 2014 to 2019, where they held the position of Drilling Engineer. During their time at Devon Energy, they were responsible for leading teams in the design and execution of horizontal wells, optimizing pad layouts, and improving rig and directional drilling automation. Terrell's previous experience includes working at Chesapeake Energy from 2011 to 2014 as a Drilling Engineer I and a Field Engineer. At Chesapeake Energy, they designed and supervised well drilling programs, developed drilling software, and implemented optimization techniques to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Terrell Grayson attended Oklahoma State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering.
