Oscar Cabrera currently serves as the Head of Senior Finance USA at Camino Search and the Head of Events & Networking at Clerkenwell House. At Camino Search, Oscar focuses on collaborating with leading funds and portfolio executives to enhance finance functions that drive growth for companies at various stages. Clerkenwell House is dedicated to creating an inclusive networking group for senior stakeholders in private equity, venture capital, and related sectors in the Tampa area. Previously, Oscar held a consultant position at Ellwood Atfield, specializing in management and advisory recruitment in communications and public affairs, and worked as a talent partner and acquisition consultant across various recruitment firms. Oscar holds a degree in Politics and Sociology from the University of Sussex and a qualification in International Relations from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
