Sheila Mei, BA, CHRP, CHRL, currently serves as the Talent Development Manager at Camino Wellbeing + Mental Health since April 2023. Prior to this role, Sheila held the position of Manager of Talent Development at Carizon Family and Community Services from October 2020 to April 2023, and worked as a Human Resources Consultant at HirePower Inc. in early 2020. Sheila's extensive HR experience includes serving as HR Manager for Consulting Services at Allianz Worldwide Partners, where consultation encompassed performance and harassment issues, and developing strategic plans to enhance employee engagement. Previous roles span from HR Generalist at Mennonite Economic Development Associates to various HR functions at Nordia Inc. and IAC Kitchener. Sheila began in HR as a Production Manpower Scheduler at Dare Foods Limited, transitioning through several related positions. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Waterloo and has completed additional education at Conestoga College.
