Chaminda Wijesekara

Chaminda Wijesekara has a comprehensive work experience in the field of quality assurance. Chaminda started their career at Virtusa in 2007 as an Engineer QA, where they worked on data transferring integration system enhancement. Chaminda also handled customer requirements and queries as part of their role. In 2012, they joined Camms as a Software Engineer - QA, where they played a crucial role in the Application Management team. Chaminda quickly progressed to the role of Senior Engineer QA and later became an Associate Lead QA. Chaminda continued to take on new challenges and eventually became a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, specializing in conducting integration testing. Chaminda further advanced in their career and became a Quality Assurance Lead at Camms. Currently, Chaminda holds the position of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Lead at Camms, where they oversee multiple product teams' QA allocations and ensures timely delivery of quality products. Chaminda is highly skilled in identifying gaps in new projects and providing effective solutions to overcome challenges. Chaminda's work experience demonstrates their ability to improve team productivity, minimize rework, and consistently deliver high-quality results.

Chaminda Wijesekara completed their education as follows: from 2014 to 2016, they attended Cardiff Metropolitan University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on the executive level. Additionally, from 2015 to 2016, they pursued an Executive Diploma in Project Management at the University of Colombo. Finally, from 2002 to 2007, they studied at SLIIT, earning a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Technology.
