Kc Ray

KC Ray M.S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in experiential learning and facilitation. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Experiential Development Resource (EDR) since January 2022 and as a Facilitator at Camp Allen since March 2021, KC Ray has a strong history of leading groups through games and initiatives to enhance interpersonal skills and group dynamics. Previous roles include a Facilitator at Texas A&M University ChallengeWorks from January 2000 to November 2021 and various positions at Barnes & Noble College from August 2004 to July 2007, including Trade Book Manager and Accounting Associate. KC Ray also held the position of Ropes Course Director at Y.O. Ranch Adventure Camps and worked as a Facilitator at Team Leadership Resources. KC Ray earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Leadership from Texas A&M University.
