Peter Groves

Pete started at Camp as a Cub in 1988. He was a full-season camper for 3 summers, and a JL and AL. Pete re-joined our leadership team as a Camp Dudley Association (CDA) officer in 2016 and served as CDA President from 2018-2019.

Outside of Camp, Pete leads the Healthcare Strategy and Transformation practice for Publicis Sapient, a technology firm based in New York. Pete was previously a Partner at McKinsey & Company and was on the senior management team at the hedge fund Bridgewater Associates. Pete holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. In addition to his work with Camp, Pete serves on the Board of Advisors for the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, where he co-chairs the Committee on Pandemic Readiness and Response.
