Christopher Harms has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Christopher started their career in 2010 as the Founder/Owner of Cruisers Connect, a popular social network for cruisers. Christopher successfully operated the platform for two years before shutting it down in 2012 to attend college.

In 2011, Christopher joined Camp Horseshoe as the Director of Evening Programs & Special Events. Christopher worked in this role for an unspecified period.

Christopher then ventured into the hospitality industry, joining Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. as a Loyalty Marketing Intern in 2015. Afterward, they worked for Disney Cruise Line as a Youth Activities Manager from January 2018 until June 2018.

Christopher's most recent position was with Holiday Inn Club Vacations, where they served as a Guest Engagement Manager from April 2019 until October 2021.

Christopher Harms earned their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2012 to 2014. Christopher obtained their high school diploma from Pewaukee High School in 2012. Additionally, Christopher has obtained various certifications such as Elementary First Aid, Personal Safety and Social Responsibility, Security Awareness, Certified Archery Instructor, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, Passenger Ship Training Certificate, and Personal Survival Techniques.
