Camp Joy
Kim Gorey is an Experiential Educator at Camp Joy since August 2015. Previously, Kim worked in various roles at Windsor Mountain International Summer Camp, Cody Outdoor Classroom, and King Pine Ski Area. Kim also has experience as a Visual Technician at Pioneer Drum and Bugle Corps. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Ohio University.

Camp Joy
Camp Joy is a 501c3 non-profit organization consisting of three main programs: Camps, Outdoor Education, and Venture Out Team and Leadership Center. Each program is designed to meet the specific needs of our campers and clients. Camps serve a variety of groups including low income youth and families, youth and families affiliated with Children’s Services, youth and families with medical conditions, and grieving children and families. Outdoor Education gives students the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to the outside world. The program focuses on environmental awareness, cultural history, and adventure. Leadership and Development serves businesses, organizations, universities, and high schools by designing programs that focus on leadership, teamwork, and meeting organizational goals.
