Joel Rutkowski has extensive experience in the camping industry, serving as Owner/Director at Camp IHC since May 1995 and as Owner of Camp No Counselors since March 2019. Joel's leadership roles highlight a strong commitment to creating engaging and memorable experiences in camp settings. Joel holds a degree from Iona University, which was attained between 1992 and 1996.
