Snow Martina has extensive experience in development and fundraising, currently serving as the Director of Development & Capital Campaign at Camp Ramah In New England since December 2008. In this role, Snow partners with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to establish strategic goals and operational plans, overseeing major gifts, individual giving programs, and foundation grants. Previously, Snow held the position of Director of the Annual Campaign at Hebrew College from 2006 to 2008, successfully increasing philanthropic revenue by 28% through tailored messaging and relationship-building. Additionally, Snow served as Development Director at Brown-RISD Hillel Foundation from 2004 to 2006, where efforts led to nearly doubling donations over two years. Snow holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History from Brown University and a JD from New York University School of Law.
