Joe Walch is a seasoned Senior UI/UX Designer at CAMP Systems International, Inc., where responsibilities include setting the design vision and improving user experience across teams. Previously, Joe served as Team Lead, Front-end Developer, and UX Strategist at Raytheon Technologies for nearly 18 years, focusing on project management, collaboration between business partners and developers, and using Figma for rapid prototyping.
