Issa Toure is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in budget management, risk assessment, and compliance across various organizations. Currently serving as the Budget and Accounting Manager at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids since August 2022, Issa previously held the role of Financial Operations and Compliance Manager at the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative, overseeing US domestic grants and contracts. Additional experience includes serving as a Risk and Compliance Consultant for UNESCO, an Associate Risk and Compliance Manager at Population Services International, and a Risk and Compliance Manager at Catholic Relief Services, where significant contributions were made to risk strategy and compliance with major donor regulations.
