Katie Coester is an experienced public policy and advocacy professional with a robust background in health-related organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Federal Government Relations at Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids since October 2025, Katie previously held multiple roles at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, progressing from Policy and Advocacy Officer to Director of Public Policy and Advocacy from August 2010 to September 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Public Affairs Manager and Policy and Advocacy Associate at the Prevent Cancer Foundation from June 2004 to July 2010. Katie holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from American University (2007-2009) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Miami University (2000-2004).
