Glenn Oclassen

Glenn Oclassen, Jr. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and operations across various technology companies. Currently serving as Advisor and Chief Customer Officer at GoFormz since June 2018, Glenn leads a global Customer Success organization supporting over 2,400 customers. Additional roles include Advisor at Studio Science and Rhumbix, and Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital. Prior leadership positions include Senior Vice President at Traackr and Replicon, and Vice President at Appirio, where Glenn implemented strategies for customer engagement and satisfaction. Glenn co-founded VelocityMG, which was acquired by Appirio, and holds a BA in International Relations from the University of San Diego.
