Raymond Wyman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Raymond started their career at Cranshaw Construction in 2000 as a Project Superintendent and stayed with the company until 2009. Following this, they joined Aberthaw Construction Company, Inc in 2010 as a Project Superintendent and worked there until 2013. In 2013, Raymond became a Small Business Owner at Village Pizza until 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Field Operations at Campanelli, a role they have been in since 2023.

Raymond Wyman has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Assumption University. Raymond also holds an Associate's degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician from ITT Technical Institute-Norwood.
