André Emery Caldas

André Emery Caldas is an experienced professional in plant management and maintenance, currently serving as Plant Manager at Campari Group since December 2022. Previously, André held the position of Maintenance Manager at GL Empreemdimentos, overseeing the maintenance of multiple logistics complexes and commercial properties. André's extensive background includes a tenure at Ambev as Production and Maintenance Manager, responsible for six filling lines and managing a team of approximately 180 individuals, where strategic planning and the implementation of management tools such as SWOT and OKR were key contributions.
