Gianluca Testa is an experienced professional in product innovation and lifecycle management, currently serving as the Innovation Project Manager for the EMEA region at Campari Group since May 2016. With a background in roles such as Global Product Lifecycle Jr. Manager and Global Demand Planning Specialist, Gianluca has developed expertise in innovation management, portfolio optimization, and demand planning processes. Prior experience includes a position as PLM Analyst at Ferrero, where improvements were made in product development governance, and as a Risk Analyst at Eni, focusing on risk management methodologies.
