Gianpaolo La Monica has extensive experience in engineering and management, primarily with Campari Group since March 2003 where roles have included Global Utilities and Maintenance Cost Efficiency Manager, Regional Director Engineering Americas, Director Engineering North America, and Maintenance Manager. Prior experience includes positions such as Plant Engineering Manager and Maintenance Manager at Mars Petcare US, Engineering Manager at Necchi Compressori s.r.l., Application Engineer in the Fanuc Robotic division at FANUC Europe, and Maintenance Shift Supervisor at General Motors. Gianpaolo holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
