Julia Tkachenko

Julia Tkachenko is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Eastern Europe at Campari Group since February 2020, Julia previously held key HR leadership roles at Philip Morris International, where responsibilities included overseeing talent acquisition strategy and enhancing employee engagement. Notable positions at Philip Morris include Head of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Business Partner, and Head of Management & Organizational Development. Prior to that, Julia led Talent & Organizational Development at Mondelēz International and held HR positions at Danone, Optima, and Cadbury plc. Julia holds a Master's degree in Russian Studies from Kuban State University.
