Keith Spring

Keith Spring has extensive experience in residential HVAC management and maintenance, currently serving as the Residential HVAC Maintenance Manager at M Campbell & Company since June 2012. In this role, Keith leads multiple teams, driving work volume and enhancing technician skills to meet revenue goals. Previous positions include Field Supervisor and HVAC Service Technician, showcasing a strong foundation in HVAC operations and team coaching. Prior military service in the US Army as Operations Maintenance NCOIC and Satellite Communications Telecommunication Technician provided additional leadership and technical skills. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and an Associate's Degree in Applied Science, along with an HVACR Certificate, reinforcing a solid educational background in the field.
