Marc Dumbell has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Marc started their career at Deloitte in 1997 and worked their way up to become an Associate up to Partner. In 2009, they joined Barclays as the Managing Director, responsible for Global Capital Reporting and later as Barclays Group Financial Control. In 2014, Marc joined HSBC as the Chief Accounting Officer for Europe and then became the Global Finance Transformation Lead. Since 2018, they have been working at Campbell Lutyens as the CFO & COO.

From 1997 to 2000, Marc pursued further education at ICAEW and became an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).

In 2015, Marc completed the Next Generation CFO program at Deloitte Academy.
