Richard specialises in Global, EMEA and UK executive search; board level and senior leadership recruitment and headhunting; Executive and Non-Executive appointments in FMCG, Food, Drink and Consumer Goods sectors. His clients range from multi-nationals, PE backed businesses, private/family owned through to owner driven SMEs and start-ups.

Prior to executive search, Richard spent 10 years in FMCG sales & marketing roles.
