Ben Conrad

Ben Conrad is the Director of Micrometeorology and Market Development Manager for Environmental Research at Campbell Scientific, Inc., where responsibilities include addressing global environmental challenges through innovative instrumentation solutions and leading sales, marketing, and product development efforts. With experience as an Application Scientist, Ben provided scientific support and collaborated on product development while actively engaging with the micrometeorology community. Prior roles include research positions at Colorado State University, Desert Research Institute, and University of California Santa Barbara, focusing on ecohydrology and plant-water interactions. Ben holds a Ph.D. in Biology specializing in Plant Physiology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Truman State University.
