Recho Li has extensive experience in various roles within different companies. In 1999, Recho worked as a Regional Sales Representative at Northern Phoenix Ltd, where they successfully developed the Ningbo market and implemented an after-sales service system. From 2003 to 2005, Recho worked as a Customer Service Engineer at Vaisala, where they initiated after-sales service in China and managed the repair and calibration services for Vaisala instruments. Recho then became a Service Manager at Vaisala from 2005 to 2009, responsible for after-sales service process and business development in the Greater China Region. They also played a key role in building the first Calibration Laboratory for humidity in China. From 2009 to 2015, Recho served as a Service Country Manager at Vaisala, leading the China Service Team and exceeding sales targets by implementing the Value Adding Strategy. Recho's next role was as a Senior Sales Manager at L-3 SDS from 2015 to 2017, leading the promotion of advanced security detection solutions to airports. Finally, in 2017 Recho became the Country Manager at Alme Solutions Oy, where they developed key account customers in China and built a distribution and service network in various cities. In 2018, Recho joined Campbell Scientific, Inc. as the Director of Business Development.
Recho Li pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Peking University from 2011 to 2013. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Vlerick Business School.
