Aine Filler

Aine Filler is a seasoned procurement and sourcing professional with a strong background in global operations. Currently serving as the Global Procurement Ingredients Manager at The Campbell's Company since August 2023, Aine is responsible for managing an annual spend exceeding $100 million in agricultural ingredients. Previous experience includes a role as Global Strategic Sourcing Supervisor at McDonald's, where Aine led category management for various decor elements and drove multimillion-dollar savings initiatives. Earlier professional experiences include internships and positions in marketing, event planning, and operations across various organizations, including the PGA of America and the Lehigh Valley Zoo. Aine holds an MBA in Global Leadership and Operations/Supply Chain Management from Colorado Technical University and a BA in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College.
