Andrea Patton

Andrea Patton serves as the Senior Manager of Employee and Community Engagement at The Campbell's Company, where responsibilities include the strategy and execution of employee giving and volunteering programs, as well as overseeing corporate disaster response efforts. Prior to this role, Andrea held various positions at the University of Pennsylvania, including Director of Strategic Partnerships and Associate Director of Development and Alumni Relations, managing alumni engagement and donor relations for multiple departments. Earlier experience at Delta Phi Epsilon International Headquarters involved roles such as Director of Communications and Events, Director of Expansion & Organizational Growth, and Membership Manager, focusing on marketing strategies, organizational growth, and chapter operations. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master's degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
