Carol Waggener

Carol Waggener is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Customer Sales Lead for the Ahold Delhaize Team at Campbell Soup Company since January 2018, Carol has previously held roles including National Account Manager for Food Lion within the same team. Founding Charlotte's first female-owned brewery, Bold Missy Brewery, from May 2017 to April 2020, Carol oversaw all aspects of the business. Prior to that, roles included Sr. Account Manager at Snyders-Lance, Inc., Customer Business Director at Lance, Inc., and Sr. Key Account Manager at Anheuser-Busch. Carol holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of South Florida and a BA in Psychology from Clemson University.
