Damon Caton has extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Sales for Campbell's Snacks, focusing on the global Walmart account since June 2017. Previously held various vice president roles at Campbell Soup Company, including Vice President of Sales, US Grocery & Retail Operations, and Vice President Customer Planning & Business Development. Damon Caton also contributes to Pepperidge Farm as Customer Vice President for Regional & Online Business since August 2015, and served as Director of Customer Planning and Reporting at Pepperidge Farm from August 2011 to October 2013. Early career experience includes a Sales Account Manager position at Nabisco Biscuit Company from 1995 to 2000. Damon Caton graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1993.
