Emily Latham-Bolt

Emily Latham-Bolt, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Talent & Culture Lead for Corporate Functions at Campbell's, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Emily was the VP & Head of Human Resources at DLL from December 2008 to March 2024, overseeing HR for over 1,500 US-based employees and managing a significant portfolio with a net profit target of $226M for 2023. Emily's extensive HR experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, HR Generalist & Employee Relations Consultant, Team Leader of HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS & Reporting Analyst, and Human Resources Intern in a rotational program. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, as well as certification as a Professional Coach from the International Coach Academy. Emily's career is marked by a focus on aligning human capital strategies with business objectives, employee relations excellence, and implementing effective HR operations and programs.
