George Vindiola is a seasoned professional in research and development with a robust background in the snack food industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of R&D at Campbell Snacks since March 2018, George has also held the position of Vice President of R&D within the same company. Prior to Campbell's, George worked at Pepperidge Farm as Senior Director of R&D Operations, focusing on both kids and adult snacking as well as fresh frozen bakery products. George's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at PepsiCo, where responsibilities ranged from R&D Director to Sr. Manager of Strategy Development, specifically managing iconic brands such as Lay's and Ruffles. Earlier roles at Frito Lay Inc. involved leading analytical operations support and advancing product development for snack innovations. George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, obtained in 1996.
